Walking down the path of Life

While walking down the path of life today,
I came across a boulder in my way.
I could not walk around it,
For the cracks to the side no way I would fit.
I decided that I’d have to climb to get to the other side.
However it was also tall and made a good place for me to hide.
While walking down the path of life I decided I didn’t have to get through.
I could just sit against the rock and wait that’s what I’d do.
Wait for someone to guide me over with a lending hand.
Wait for someone to tell me all is okay if I don’t understand.
While walking down the path of life and this boulder in the way.
I decided then turn around and try another day.
